                   Hello world!! I welcome you Jimi Urquiaga a cuban desent designer from the Westcoast. To be more pacific He's from the city of sin, better know as Las Vegas. Only 19 years old and very determine to chase after his dream. I got the chance to ask the out going designer a few questions about his self as well as his previous and up and coming clothing line!

1. When did you decide you wanted to be a fashion designer?

my senior year in high school. my fashion class was having a fashion show at a local mall and when i got the rush from seeing my dress walk the runway i knew thats what i wanted to do for the rest of my life!

2. What message do your clothes send out to people?

confidence and individuality

3. What's the theme of your line?

the theme for my fall line is studio 54 meets wonderland. My color choices are teals, pinks, golds, black and white.

4. What age bracket do you design for?

17 - 24

5. Is there a men's line If so when can we get them?

yes actually i have some unisex T's coming out this fall! there gonna be a hit!!!!!!

6. Descibre your personal style.

Its whatever im feeling at the moment . summer shorts and T's are a must. Winter, cute cardis and sweaters are a must!

7. where do you get inspiration from to create your unique designs?

everywhere and everything. music colors people in history animals feelings {happiness sadness} sexuality the bible and even places in the world.

8. How do your designs differ from other local designers?

im very unique and out of the box. i make what i like and that always isnt whatever one likes , YET. i feel that others follow the trends and i do whatever i feel should be a trend. QUOTE THIS '' I would rather have a collection that no one would wear, rather then a collection that everyones already wearing.''

9. What's you favorite season for fashion?

Fall. you can do so much more with layering texture length and accessories!

10. What's your price range for your clothing?

5 - 30

11. What body type are your clothes made for?

all body types i dont discriminant boo boo! haha

12. How long does it take you to put together a collection?

3 month minimum

13. For fashion shows do you have friends model your clothes or is it a mix of people you know and don't know?

its a mixture i have alot of my friends and family model but theres is also have casting and i get people i dont know from there usually people from the mall or myspace!

14. Do you plan on attending college for fashion?

yes i do hopefully in a couple of moths if everything works out!

16. What are your goals in 5 years for your line?

HAVING MY LINE IN STORES. AND BE SHOWING IN NEW YORK.
